Mike

Mike began his career by working in his family's construction business, building homes alongside his dad and brothers. He later spent more than 30 years as a paramedic, serving in multiple Emergency Services disciplines including firefighting, SWAT, and as a Reserve Deputy. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Emergency Service Administration and retired from EMS in 2022 as a Battalion Chief with a local ambulance service.

With over 20 years of construction and concrete experience, Mike transitioned naturally into home inspections and has been inspecting homes since 2018.

Scott

Scott entered the Navy right after high school, serving as a Field Medical Corpsman. After returning home to Colorado, he became a paramedic, then a dispatcher, and ultimately a police officer. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and went on to become a sergeant and persons-crimes detective. Scott retired from law enforcement in 2013 after a long and successful career and has since worked as a home inspector and FAA-licensed drone pilot.

Together

With extensive backgrounds in Emergency Services, both Scott and Mike bring a sharp eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to clear communication. These qualities translate seamlessly into the home inspection profession, where thoroughness and accuracy matter. In addition to completing thousands of inspections, they also owned and operated a concrete company for many years.
